As you all may know, I'm big on collectivity. Hence, the name of this website, Ujima y Nia or Collective work and responisibility with Purpose. This is derived from two of the principles of Kwanzaa, Ujima and Nia the 3rd and 5th days of the holiday, respectively. Please take the time to speak and look around. I'm new to this whole concept quite like yourself, so I don't know everything about it yet. I plan on looking around and familiarizing myself to this webpage.
Look back later today and I will have all of the information posted as to how will move from month to month.

If you will, when you sign up, take a few minutes (either now or later) to introduce yourself to the room. Let's inform one another of who we are and where we're from. Where we're at, what we do, etc. I want this to be a place for us to build relationships that we may not have known were there. Some of you have been in my posts email based blogs, so you may know each other from there. And if you were in those email based blogs, you know that they do indeed encourage thought and creativity. Everyone that gets in here is screen by me. I send out all the invitations and if you trust me, you shouldn't have a problem with trusting my judgement of character. Thanks again
